Order of Malta Sponsors Mass on World Day for the Sick

Droves of handicapped and sick pilgrims filed into the pews of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington for Mass, and to receive the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick on Feb. 11, the World Day of the Sick and the 150th anniversary of the Marian apparitions at Lourdes, France.
