PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION: Check payment is preferred; credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. $1,000 per person (coach or land-only) or $1,300 (business class) nonrefundable deposit is due by April 17, 2010. Final payment is due June 30, 2010. The entire package is nonrefundable once final payment is received. I highly recommend trip cancellation insurance and will send you a brochure once I receive your deposit. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing or via e-mail.
Please note – These fees do not include payments for any of the activities organized by the Order of Malta in Santiago. These costs (likely @ $200 per person) will be itemized and invoiced separately.
