Hospitaller Region - Wilmington
The Wilmington Region was formed in 1999; there are 2 Chaplains: Bishop Francis Malooly and the Vicar General, Monsignor Joseph Rebman. Dorcas Gamble DM-Ob has been Regional Hospitaller since 2004. Several members have participated in the New Orleans Rehabilitation project multiple times. Karen Hoy is Chair of the Association Communications Committee. Geoff Gamble is Vice President for the Americas of Malteser International, the Order's primary worldwide disaster relief entity. Several of our members serve on Association committees. Since our formation, the Wilmington Region has sponsored four malades and companions on the Lourdes Pilgrimage. The region has set up a fund to help pay for our Malades to go to Lourdes.
Members of the Order (and their families) who are interested in participating in one of these activities should contact the Regional Hospitaller. The phone/fax number is available in Federal Association Directory.
