Hospitaller Region - Dallas
The Dallas area group of the Federal Association began in the mid 1990’s. There are 32 Knights and Dames of the Order living in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Theresa Martter was named the Regional Hospitaller in 2007, succeeding Elizabeth (Bette) Hoag and David Holliday in this position. James Donahue served on the Federal Association’s Board of Directors from 1999 – 2005. James Abney was elected to the Board in 2005.

Ministry to Homeless
- Ministry to Homeless - Each week the Homeless Ministry funds and runs a Saturday picnic in a vacant lot for 75 to 150 homeless people. This includes not only food, but also clothing, jobs, shoes, blankets, prayer, conversation and always a hot meal. Contact: Bette Hoag
- Ministry to St. Joseph Residence - There is an annual Christmas mass and dinner for the elderly at St. Joseph’s. There are 45 residents and 10 nuns. Contact: Dan & Bettina Hennessey, Anne Lesniak
- Our Lady of Guadalupe Shelter – members prepare and deliver meals to these pregnant, unwed women and they bring in food for their pantry; volunteers also help with repairs to the premises, answer phones, and run errands for the Sisters. Contact: Susan Stanzel
- Missionaries of Charity Summer Camp – SMOM volunteers provide lunch for 150-200 students during the month of July. Contact: Theresa Martter
- St. Paul’s Hospital – SMOM volunteers deliver Communion to the patients at St. Paul’s. Contact: Theresa Martter
- St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store -- Contact Marge Giangiulio
Celebrated every Wednesday at 6:45 a.m. at Saint Monica Catholic Church. Followed by morning prayers and breakfast.
During school year, mass is celebrated on the first Friday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at Cistercian Chapel. Followed by dinner.
Eucharistic Adoration at St. Monica Catholic Church each Monday night.
All members of the Order (and their families) are most cordially invited to participate in these spiritual activities.

- Order of Malta Prayer Ministry – prayer line and telephone chain for special intentions
